Wonder Cubes – Delivery & Return Policy

At Wonder Cubes, we aim to provide a smooth, timely, and reliable delivery experience. As we deliver frozen wellness drinks, special handling and policies apply to ensure product quality and safety.

1. Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeline:

Your first order will be delivered within 5–7 business days after placing the order. Subsequent subscription deliveries will be made on or before the renewal date of your subscription.

Frozen Product Handling:

All Wonder Cubes are delivered frozen and must be transferred to your freezer immediately upon delivery. We do not leave packages unattended due to the perishable nature of our products.

Failed Deliveries & Rescheduling:

If no one is available to receive the delivery, it will be rescheduled, and a $15 rescheduling fee will apply. This fee also applies to each subsequent failed delivery attempt.

Delivery Responsibility:

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Wonder Cubes is not liable for delays, damages, or missed deliveries caused by delivery drivers. We cannot offer compensation for delivery-related issues.

2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

3. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

No One-Time Purchase:

Wonder Cubes operates on a subscription-only model. One-time purchases are not available.

Cancellation Window:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but it must be done at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made after this window will still be charged and are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged tray or an incorrect order:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing at [email protected] with a clear photo of the issue.

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement in your next delivery.

We cannot guarantee same-week redelivery or refunds for product dissatisfaction due to taste preferences or natural ingredient variations.

5. Product Storage Responsibility

Once delivered, the customer is solely responsible for immediately freezing the product. Wonder Cubes is not liable for quality loss, spoilage, or safety issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
